My favorite lamp

Every time I walk into my home office I see this lamp and it just gives me this inner glow.  It was given to me by my mother in law who was going to throw it out.  I remember stopping her and saying, “no, what, you are going to throw that out?”   She looked shocked that I would be even remotely interested.   I couldn’t  even express to her how much that lamp was saying to me.  I just thought…”this is really beautiful.”
